Best supp I’ve added in years
I am a personal trainer/nutrition consultant. I try a myriad of viable supplements after I research & read reviews. I started Armra a year ago with hopes of improving some of my hair thinning (thank you menopause!) & supporting my immune system & microbiome. Once I moved up to 4 scoops, my hair started getting thicker & filling in. My hairdresser was AMAZED. My ponytail got thicker & I felt like I could drop the collagen supp. My digestion improved & even my skin looks better. TBH- I added daily red light therapy so I think the credit should be shared. I travel with it now because of how predictable it makes me feel even when my nutrition is vastly different from what I eat at home. I am a BIG fan!
